Douglas A-4M Skyhawk

The A-4M Skyhawk model, the only A-4 type which didn’t take part in any war activity, was a huge modification of the previous types. It is a dedicated Marine version with improved avionics and a more powerful J52-P-408, an enlarged cockpit and an upgraded IFF system. Later aircraft were fitted with a Hughes AN/ASB-19 Angle Rate Bombing System (ARBS) with TV and laser spot tracker, which is also part of the model shown here.
